Problem:
When trying to run an application, you receive this message:
"A valid license could not be obtained for OptionsNet. Please contact Windale Technologies for assistance.
DETAILS:
No licenses found in C:\Program Files\Company Name\My Program Name\bin\.
No licenses found in C:\Program Files\Company Name\My Program Name\.
No licenses found in C:\Program Files\Company Name"
Solution:
The problem you experienced is most likely due to an out of date DLL
for
the Xheo licensing module.
To solve the problem we suggest following these steps:
- Close the application
- A new runtime license file is attached below.
Download the file and save it to a known location on your computer. Unzip the file and
copy the new license file "wtoptionsnet_runtime.lic" into the
directory indicated in the orginal error message, ie
C:\Program Files\Company Name\My Program Name\bin\.
- Restart the application.
