- Priority email support for a single question or issue.
- Access to a technical support person
- A support incident can be a programming issue, debugging question,
installation or product usage issue.
- Programming questions should concern the use of our controls in Visual
Basic 6, Visual C++ 6, Visual C#, Visual C++ .NET, Excel or Access.
- Technical questions regarding the mathematical algorithms are not
applicable to this level of support. Such enquiries should be directed to
our Consulting Services.
